Heartworks Style Lomilomi

A traditional style of Lomilomi originating on the island of Maui and passed down to Sherman Dudoit.  In 'Old Style' Lomilomi the hands become an extension of the heart, pouring a waterfall of Aloha into the receiver.  Wavelike and rhythmic strokes detoxify the body, releasing stuck and/or blocked energies. Conscious breath of both giver and receiver facilitates in nourishing the body at a cellular level; restoring balance, opening the heart and creating an abundant flow of well being.
